Some consultations are bulk-billed where clinically appropriate, while private consultations incur a fee depending on the length and complexity of your appointment.

Payment Options

  • We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards.
  • Payment is required at the time of your consultation.
  • Medicare rebates are automatically processed where applicable.

Why We Charge Fees

Private billing helps us:

  • Spend adequate time with each patient;
  • Maintain high standards of care, equipment, and staff training;
  • Support continuity of care and comprehensive management of your health.

Please Note: We require 2 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Missed appointments incur a $70 fee and a larger sum for longer consultations. This fee will need to be paid prior to another appointment being given.
